R there different rain rail shapes?

I was junk yard hunting and scored what appears to be a rain rail. Found it in a NA. But the piece has no quot;wingsquot; or wide ends on it like the oem. I would put it up for sale on the cheap if I knew for sure what it was.  
Has anyone seen an aftermarket rail for the miata that does not have the same shape as the factory one?

The cheap, one time use models are a flat piece of fiber impregnated vinyl that rather looks like the top material. Mine had/has no wings other than being cut to fit the rear area of the car. When one installs them they are just folded and hung rail/top/rail. Works like a champ.
