Driving (legally) again in 30 muinutes!

After a brief run in with the law and an underage drinking citation I lost my license in PA for 3 months. However, tonight at midnight im back on the road.


Is this really a good thing for us to know?

  he didn't say that the "underage drinking" violation was driving related.....I think I remember that when I was that age in my home state, MIP's could affect your driving priveliges

  Tisk tisk....underaged drinking?  Kids these days.  At least when I was young we had the common sense to NOT GET CAUGHT.

  Damn only 3 months?  Here I think it's about a year with no license if you were drinking and driving being underage.

  I love all the hypocrits on this thread. Not a single person that has responded has not driven at least a little buzzed once in their life. Only difference between you and him is, he got caught.

While we're on this topic: Why do you drink with people who look young if you are underage? Isn't that asking for the police to do ID checks b/c when I went to parties, the police would always ask for ID's but if I drank around family members who look older at a club, they wouldn't check. Just a thought...

  Yeah lay off the kid it wasn't driving related, same thing happened to a buddy of mine a few years ago.  He was walking up the street near West Chester's campus with a beer in his hand (not a brilliant idea) he got written up by the cops, I dont even think he got arrested but he lost his license for 3 months.
Here in Boston they just lock you up for the night, it ends up costing you like $25 and night in jail.
