Ok my sister is a sophomore in college and often goes home on weekends to my parents house. Well my parents got sick of driving her back and forth 2 hours each way so they got her a car.
Now I told her she was spoiled she seems to disagree, and told me well you have a nicer car. What she doesnt seem to undersatnd is that I bought my car with my own money, and the only car my parents ever bought me was a 1992 Ford Escort with 130,000 miles on it.
Now I am not feeling the rims, not a fan of chrome but I wouldn't have minded if I had this car to drive in college. Not that it is anything special.
Bleh, the red color. Tell her to get some springs and she's all set.
I would love to mod this car, I think it would be a fun little project, especially if I wasn't paying for it. But the car will be in NJ at either my parents house or my sisters school most of the time.

she needs some bbs', a good Hamp;R drop, some sways, and a turbo upgrade... and while she's at it... an intake, chip, and some recaros...then she would have a sweet car...
isn't that car like 12gs at best?

Yeah not even that, its just the fact that there is no way in hell my father would have ever spent that kind of money on me or my older sister.

i wouldn't worry too much about it. remember....there were other ppl that didn't even get a down payment from their parents let alone a car. Like for me example....dad woudln't pay for a porsche so he got me a Benz. juss kidding!

This is true my father does do a lot better for himself now than he did about 6 years ago when I was my sisters age, plus at that time both me and my older sister where in college which I know was a big burden on my parents, we both went to private schools, my younger sister goes to a state school.
I am not jealous of my sister I am just a little bothered at how my parents treat her. She has been spoiled her whole life and hasnt been taught to appreciate anything. If she doesnt get what she wants she flips out which was ok when she was a little kid but she still does it now that she is 19.

Actually I would rather my father spend his money on himself, he wants to buy a new car just doesnt know what. I think he is gonna wait a few years and buy a vette when he retires.
It's obvious that your parents love your sister MUCH more than they love you. You might want to be a bit nicer to your loved ones.
