Ok so my ac is blowing hot air. I took the glove box off, and the temp control cable seems to be well within the proper adjustment. I tried a recharge, followed all the instructions and the system won't take any r134. The Compressor is engaging, the idle-up is working. is there anything else I can do before I spend a ton of money to get it fixed by a pro?
u might need to get it vacummed and recharged by a shop and also u will want to get a new ac dryer and receiver.
what year is your miata ?

1) Get a set of refrigeration gauges(~$40 for a serviceable set), and find out what's really happeneing.
If the compressor is working, the system WILL take additional refrigerant (even it doesn't need it.)bill |
