Just curious if anyone would pay $4600 for a 90 NA.
85k original mileage, no rust ca car. top in great shape but needs new window. Paint in good shape overall but has one quarter sized peel. Interior clean as hell. Battery capsule clean as hell. Cd player but original radio included. Working oil pressure gauge. Bilsteins! Includes cover, boot, tonneau.
New cam seals, h20 pump, idlers, timing tensioner. timing belt done at 60k. Regular oil changes from what I know.
Tires were newer. Battery has been changed it appears. Dasies. Needs brakes.
Sounds a little high to me, but it's hard to say with out seeing the car.
Is it white? If so, that quarter size peel will becomes sheets before long and you'll be looking at a repaint. The rear window is almost as much as a new top if you can install the top yourself (~$400). Brakes are inexpensive assuming the calipers are in good shape and have had some kind of maintenance over the years. And, it has the infamous short nosed crank engine, generally not a problem if serviced properly but do some searching here and in the garage to read up on what it entails. If it's white, I wouldn't pay more than $2500 since it's already started the shedding process. |
