have difficulty setting the factory alarm . I have the red bullet nose under the rear view mirror, but it does not blink when i lock the doors. Do i have to go to the dealer to have them activate the alarm? Buying new rims and want to safeguard it.
You have to go to the dealer and tell them to activate it. If you dont know anybody there, be prepared to pay $45-$60 for a 5 min program.
