| Hey everyone, my soft top on my 1992 Miata isn't matching up. I just got it today (it's my second one) and that was one of the issues with it. On the outside it the edge of the frame ends up being just above and back from where it's supposed to be.I went to investigate a bit and found that both latches are in desperate need of lubrication of some type, but also that the passenger side latch where the clip goes over the adjuster is actually ramming into the hook side of the latch when trying to close, and to get it to close I have to scrape it along until it finally latches, but even then doesn't close far enough to engage the lock thingy (I don't know the technical name). I have tried messing with the adjuster with no joy whatsoever. I've got some pics that I can post, they're not very good (bad lighting) but I can try for some more if they'd help (I suspect they will, but I'm feeling lazy right now and want to see if anyone knows a specific fix).
