LED interior lights? Stick on

I saw this on eBay: Interior-9-SMD-A...3286.m20.l1116
Looks like you can stick it to any smooth surface.  I though if I could run wires from my glove box, I could then attach a few of these in the foot-wells for added light.
Anyone done this before?
