Weird Interior Electrical Problem

My daily is down, and I actually need to drive places
I was driving along today, and lost all of my gauges except speedo and fuel, and lost blinkers as well. I found it to be the fuse that is popping. I put a new one in, and everything works fine with just accessories on, but when I go to start it pops again. I pulled the cluster and tried it again, and the same thing. I i found what looks to be a resistor on the driver's floorboard of the car, it looks like it came off of a board, but from where? I'm completely stuck, and really don't have a clue on what to do.
If it helps, the oil pressure gauge was acting wacky for 2 weeks up until now.
The car is a 90'

If you can, take a picture of the quot;resistorquot;. I have no clue either but with pics, there's not much the guru's around here can't identify.

Here it is, and like I said before...I don't know if this has anything to do with it at all, but I did find it just sitting on my floorboard. I have no clue where it would have even come from. I think it's just a random resistor, and I think it had nothing to do with the problem...but it was there so I guess I can't rule it out. From left - right
