Sounds like a lot of fun. Unfortunately I don't have a Miata, perhaps you'd let a Jetta join you if I promised to stay in back?

Not my event, but I would think a Sawzall on the top and toss the back seats and you'd be good to go!  



anyone go on this? How was the turnout?

David had 16 cars committed early but the threat of bad weather pared it down to six.  There were 3 NA's, my NC, an Audi TT, and a Solitice.  We started out around 9:30 with tops down, and had to cover up for about 45 minutes near Spring Green.  After that it was topless for the rest of the day.  We stopped for lunch at Pikes Peak State Park (Iowa) overlooking where the Mississippi and Wisconsin rivers merge.  Beautiful view.  After that, the group planned to take a more northern route back through Gays Mills, and we opted to take a southern tack back toward Madison.  
In spite of predictions the weather cooperated, and all in all it was a great day.
Thanks to David for putting this together.  

I'm jealous, would have loved to have gone.
